The TriFold Candler is an electronic/mechanical device that takes multiple tactile measurements along the length of an envelope to evaluate the probability of any missed contents that may have been left in the envelope after the operator performed the normal extraction function.
The Mill Cutting feature is particularly important in applications involving folded documents such as check and list, insurance claims processing or marketing survey forms processing. Mill cutting helps insure that multi-folded documents won’t be damaged in the opening process.

The Standard SRN-9X is a proven, high-speed suction-feed rotary numbering system that produces clear number definition, even through multiple part sets, by ensuring positive point contact and easy platen pressure adjustment. As the head rotates, the numbering head is advanced, re-inked, and the number is offset directly to the sheet or set, just as on a press. You can repeat, skip and do multiple numbering without stopping the sheet, producing up to 36,000 impressions per hour.
