The Secap 30KNFO is a rugged system designed for print production environments requiring high speed, flexibility, superior print quality, and reliable performance. The 30KNFO print engine is coupled with a high production feeder providing start/stop integration between the feeder and printer. Superior print quality and greater productivity at an affordable price. Innovative split head configuration allows printing of address, barcode, message line, return address, logo and indicia in one pass. Secap Brite Jet UV Addressing System
The Secap Brite Jet UV addressing system provides state-of-the-art technology for producing crisp, clear print on difficult substrates with instant dry with high resolution and quality printing. Prints on difficult materials including aqueous and varnish overcoat, plastic cards, plastic wraps and paperboard. This solution helps accommodate the increased demand for imaging on a wide range of substrates. Environmentally friendly inks and process with quick power up and fill on the fly replenishing non-spill ink containers and no solvent emissions. Available as a fully integrated system consisting of a printer, controller, transport, and UV curing station. Various feeder and conveyor configurations available.

Secap Jet 1 High Production Addressing System
The Secap Jet 1 high production addressing and imaging system has been designed for the mailing professional. The Secap Jet 1 system can be configured with 3″, 4.5″or 6″of print. The system provides users the ultimate solution for improving productivity by offering true synchronization between the feeder, base and conveyor reducing the need for operator intervention. Combine the heavy-duty vacuum transport base with the high capacity feeder to process large volumes of media eliminating the need for additional operators. The high capacity feeder can easily handle 2000 #10 envelopes at one time. The Secap Jet 1 vacuum base is extremely flexible and can be utilized in-line with a tabber, inserter and other equipment that requires a transport. With its fully integrated speed control, the speed of the entire system can be adjusted with the turn of a single master dial.

The Secap PostnetVerifier™ provides companies with an automated solution for enhancing existing print quality control programs. The PostnetVerifier™ scans pieces during the production run and measures the Postnet bar height, bar width, bar spacing, skew, density, fill, and readability to verify if the printed information meets Postal standards.
Reads Postnet barcodes and verifies print quality to help prevent costly printing errors and mail rejections. Line scan technology for accurate and optimal scanning. Acts as a quality control step for ensuring accurate print quality. Easy set up and operation.
GBR 438 Smart Feeder/Folder
The GBR 438 Smart Feeder/Folder, is the highest quality intelligent feeder/folder system in the mail industry. Utilizing a heavy-duty folder with poly-steel rollers, the GBR 438 is designed for maximum productivity, 24-hour, seven day a week production.
The GBR 438 Smart Feeder/Folder, is a large capacity top-loading, bottom feeder (approximately 1,500 sheets); four plate folder with accumulation station for up to eight pages for a letter fold and 12 pages for a half fold – 24 lb. bond paper. The GBR 438 has a double detect monitor and non-read fixed count operation along with an intelligent error display including mis-feed and jam detection.
Optionally, the GBR 438 can support line code read system (OMR); Industry standard 1-D barcodes: 3 of 9, 128, and 2 of 5 interleaved; and 2-D barcode – Data Matrix; OCR/2-D barcode with Mailcrafters Lake Imaging Systems camera-based IntegraVision systems. The BSA 5000 high capacity loader increases loading capacity to approximately 6,5000 sheets or more for the GBR 438 Smart Feeder/Folder.

GBR 420T Smart Feeder and Folder
GBR 420T Smart Feeder/Accumulator/Folder, the premier feeder folders of the mail industry, assemble, accumulate and fold personalized mail. At a speed of up to 30,000 documents per hour, the GBR 420T has an advanced touch screen, which allows for operator programmable BCR multiple job set-up and recall.
The Smart Feeder/Accumulator/Folder read a wide variety of optical codes (line code, industry standard barcodes) and have the added features of either six or eight intelligent station selection, dual metering with postage weight calculation and divert, envelope suppression and sequential start-up and shut down.
